We aim for everyone who uses our website and service to have a positive experience. We do have some terms and conditions that you may want to read whilst purchasing one of our CBD products.

 

Our products

 

Please do not exceed the daily dose labelled on each product – and remember these doses are for persons aged 18 years old and over.

 

We cannot claim that there will be any medical cures or benefits from our CBD products, and we cannot offer refunds or returns if the goods you have purchased from us do not have the desired effect.

 

All Power Flower’s goods are packed with cannabidiol or CBD and are a plant supplement. They are to be taken alongside a healthy and balanced diet, not instead of.

 

Purchase and delivery

 

Once you order and pay for your product(s), you will receive a confirmation email within 24(?) hours with a follow-up email stating your goods have been dispatched by the company’s specific delivery method.

 

The binding contract exists once this second email has been sent. You will then not be able to cancel your order as your CBD goods will already have been created!

 

Power Flower refuses the rights to accept an order and can restrict any purchases at our own discretion. We may also change or discontinue any of our products at any times, without notice, and without contacting the customer, or any other third party. Please check items every time you make an order.

 

Payment for all products must be made through our website by credit or debit card. Power Flower, will of course, not disclose any customer information given to us to any other parties.

 

Power Flower will supply you with the products you have chosen to the delivery address stated in your order. Please expect 2 to 3 days(?) for delivery. Your order delivery may be extended over holiday or busy periods, and for international deliveries.

 

We cannot take responsibility for delivery times or custom fees, delays or issues.

 

 

Returns and Refunds

 

In the unlikely event that the products you received are damaged or defective (and not done so during delivery stage), or do not fit the description on the website at the time of your order, please email us at xxxxx and we’ll contact you on how to arrange a full refund or replacement.

 

In order to qualify for a refund, Flower Power must receive the returned product(s) within 14 days of receipt by you. We remain the rights to show evidence that the product(s) were not faulty when sent to you and can refuse a refund if this is proven.
